Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is now hiring a Barback for our lively outdoor poolside bar! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a high-energy bar team, and contributing to an outstanding guest experience in a resort setting, this is the job for you.
The Poolside Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This role is essential to delivering quick, high-quality service to guests enjoying our outdoor pool and beachfront atmosphere.
• Restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, floors, and storage areas
• Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service as needed
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly
• Ensure ice bins are filled and bar equipment is functioning properly
• Support opening and closing duties for the bar
• Work closely with bartenders and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
