Product Owner
Location: Hybrid, 1-2 times a week in Reston, VA. Candidates MUST reside in DMV+WV area.
Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire

✅ 6+ years of experience in a Product Owner role
✅ Experience building a product roadmap for ServiceNow or Salesforce for a contact center or customer service environment. (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
✅ Experience leading multiple Agile teams
✅ Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Nice to have:
✅ ServiceNow product road mapping experience
✅ Healthcare payer experience
✅ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM
