5. Deliveries

• Customers get access to the course within 24 hours from an order on the website.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund

Our courses are digital products that become available immediately after purchase.

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, when purchasing digital courses, you agree that delivery will start immediately, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will lapse once you have gained access to the digital content, in accordance with current regulations regarding digital services.

Once you have accessed the course, including videos, quizzes, downloadable PDFs, or other digital content, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the course, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the error is due to our systems and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will consider a refund or other appropriate solution.

We recommend that any technical issues be documented, for example, with screenshots or screen recordings, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
