In this role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team, pushing creative boundaries, and fostering strong client relationships. This is a hybrid role for those in the Los Angeles area (2 days/week in our Santa Monica office). We are also open to remote candidates located on the West Coast. Please note: We are not considering candidates from the East Coast at this time.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $200k to $210k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
