JOB REQUIREMENTS: Design training material for KHS\'s Line Audit
Program. (5%) Design and conduct training for internal KHS staff regarding how to perform line audits at customer sites. (5%) Perform technical audits in KHS filling/bottling lines to identify issues affecting the productivity of active lines. (5%) Manage and develop department activities to attain training utilization, revenue and profit targets; establish business plans in alignment with KHS strategy. (15%) Develop and execute training for new KHS machines based on customer requirements. (20%) Conduct risk analysis for technical training when deviations are made during the requisition of new machines. (10%) Provide training for KHS machines that will be overhauled based on customer requirements. (10%) Develop high-quality technical training documents for KHS personnel and external customers, including handouts, videos, 3D animations, and assessments. (5%) Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness. (10%) Provide technical support related to KHS equipment training for external customers, including scheduling and delivering technical training during new projects. (10%) Provide highly technical, specialized instruction/training for operators and maintenance personnel regarding the proper use and maintenance of customized KHS equipment and machinery. (5%) \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements: Bachelor\'s degree, or its equivalent (foreign equivalent degree is acceptable), in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years technical training experience for electromechanical equipment in the packaging industry.
