Drywall Finishers (Tape & Texture) to join our
Interior Finishing Department . This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.
What You’ll Do • Apply 1st and 2nd coat taping and mudding to drywall surfaces
• Perform touch-up work to ensure smooth and finished surfaces
• Apply texture finishes, including stomping and other patterns
• Assist with painting and finishing work as needed
• Finish ceilings and wall surfaces to meet quality standards
• Ensure all work meets company quality and production expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For • Previous drywall finishing, tape & texture, or painting experience preferred
• Experience with mudding, taping, texturing, or finishing work
• Proficient with drywall tape and texture tools (bazooka, angle box, seam box, nail spotter, roller, glazing tools)
• Experience applying 1st and 2nd coat finishes with consistent quality and production efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Additional Requirements • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work on ceilings and elevated surfaces
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
• Must follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
Schedule • Monday – Friday
• Week 1 (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• After Training: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available (paid at 1.5x)
• Occasional Saturdays based on production needs
Pay & Benefits •
Starting at $24.00+/hr. DOE • Weekly pay (Fridays – one week in arrears)

• PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, respiratory protection as needed, closed-toe footwear)
