Job Title: Project Administrative Assistant


Location: Lake Mary, Florida


Type: 6-Month Contract


Compensation: $25-30


Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and project teams, ensuring effective communication, meeting coordination, and document preparation
• Draft, format, and distribute project-related emails and communications to facilitate project workflows
• Schedule and coordinate meetings using Outlook and Teams, including managing invitations, attendance, and follow-ups for virtual, onsite, and offsite meetings
• Create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations for project and leadership meetings
• Maintain organized project documentation and records in SharePoint
• Assist with tracking project deliverables, action items, and due dates to ensure timely completion
• Follow up with team members to gather status updates as requested, promoting project progress and accountability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project support, or coordination role
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
