🔧 What You’ll Jump Into Daily:

• Knock out service requests quickly and correctly
• Turn apartments efficiently for new move-ins
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical & appliances
• Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Keep grounds and shared spaces clean and presentable
• Stay ahead with preventative maintenance
• Rotate on-call (1 week every 3 weeks)

✅ What You Need to Bring:

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment preferred)
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances & general repairs
• HVAC/EPA or CPO certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Availability: Monday–Friday (8–5) + on-call rotation
