Process Mapping Consultant ERM Program Governance

Remote Contract
Seeking an experienced Process Mapping Consultant to support the maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Risk Liaisons and subject-matter experts to document detailed process maps of critical functions in a standardized format
Lead discovery sessions to assess current workflows and identify risks, controls, gaps, and automation opportunities
Develop training materials and self-service guidance to transition process map ownership to First Line teams
Benchmark critical functions against industry best practices and recommend process improvements
Deliverables
Detailed process maps of critical functions
Recommendations to streamline operations and enhance effectiveness
Training documentation for First Line teams
Minimum Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in Risk Management or Securitization Operations, preferably in financial services
Proven background in business process analysis and process mapping
Bachelor's degree required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Skills
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio)
Strong project management and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to drive deliverables to completion
