Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Manager to support the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams of the company. This role will partner closely with both teams on workplace operations and office-related projects including the management of day-to-day office operations facilities-related projects and cross-office support initiatives including office decommissions employee moves furniture installations access control systems and security oversight.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented willing to travel comfortable working on-site (including with facilities-related technology) and eager to grow their real estate facilities and project management expertise in a multi-office environment.

The Real Estate Manager is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65000-$85000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience subject matter expertise geographic location where work will be performed and the applicants skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical dental vision life insurance and 401(k). Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidates experience and education.
