No rotating schedules, no surprise night shifts, and a guaranteed 3-day weekend every single week. COMPENSATION Up to $25.00 per hour baseline ($52,000 annualized) depending on injection molding process depth + a full benefits package WORK ENVIRONMENT Highly organized, clean, and fully air-conditioned production floor. What You Will Be Doing Performing comprehensive routine preventive maintenance (PM) and complex mechanical repairs on industrial injection molding presses, auxiliary robotics, and automated support equipment Troubleshooting and rapidly resolving unexpected mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize molding downtime Utilizing our internal ERP software system to accurately log work orders, document completed PM protocols
