Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) – Millvale, PA Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
We are a growing, fast-paced apparel decorator and custom sports team outfitter located just minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. As a Manual Screen Printer , you will join a stable, friendly team environment with high-volume production capabilities.

As a Manual Screen Printer , your primary responsibilities will include:
Press Operation: Operate manual presses and M&R automatic lines to produce retail-quality apparel.
Technical Setup: Manage precise multi-color registration and screen alignment.
Substrate Calibration: Select appropriate inks and curing temperatures for various fabrics (Cotton, Polyester, Blends).
Quality Control: Identify and correct defects mid-run to maintain our high GPSA standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with our production staff to hit deadlines and maintain a positive workflow.
Experience: 2+ years of manual or automatic screen-printing experience is preferred, but not required if you are the right "trainable" fit.
Attention to Detail: A passion for precision and a "get it right the first time" attitude is essential for a Manual Screen Printer .
Communication: A positive attitude and the ability to coordinate with the production team.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and reliable transportation to our Millvale location.
