Job Title: Framer/Exterior Repair

Job Description

Join our team where you will work on the exterior of complex buildings, patching stucco and replacing wood as needed. You will also perform light painting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform patching and repair of exterior stucco surfaces.
• Replace wood components on building exteriors as needed.
• Conduct light painting tasks to ensure a cohesive appearance.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to refurbish vacant apartments.

Essential Skills

• Experience with exterior stucco repairs.
• Knowledge in carpentry, including rough and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency with hand tools and paint preparation.
• Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Experience with wood and stucco repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and able to perform general labor tasks.
• Familiarity with drywall, cabinetry, and metal stud installations.
• Experience with tape measure usage and cabinet installations.

Work Environment

You will work in a team of two, refurbishing vacant apartments during the 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. The work involves hands-on tasks in a collaborative setting.

Buena Park and Westminster job locations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buena Park, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
