2nd Shift Production Operator – Manufacturing Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.85 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 10:30pm )

• Operate production equipment and assist with the application of industrial coatings to manufactured parts.
• Load, unload, sort, and prepare materials throughout the production process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

2nd Shift Production Operator – Manufacturing Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic required.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
