• Provide friendly, respectful customer service inside and outside customers’ homes.
• Work safely and effectively on ladders and at heights.
• Keep equipment, tools, and company vehicles clean and properly maintained.
• Follow company procedures to ensure every home is serviced with precision and care.
• Represent the Window Cowboy brand with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No criminal background (background check required).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in residential environments.
• Extremely detail-oriented — our clients expect spotless results.
