Summary of Responsibility:

Morris Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Video Production Specialist to own the complete video production process from planning through final delivery. This role will plan shoots, direct on-site capture, edit footage, and turn raw content into polished, on-brand video assets for web, social media, email campaigns, events, and sales support. The ideal candidate can manage the full workflow independently and produce professional content that supports Morris brand standards and business goals.

Please note that this position is on-site in Windsor, CT.

What You Will Contribute:
  • Own the full video production process from concept through final delivery

  • Plan video shoots, build shot lists, and coordinate production needs

  • Direct on-site video capture, including interviews, machine footage, b-roll, and event coverage

  • Edit raw footage into polished marketing and sales videos with strong pacing, audio, captions, graphics, and branding

  • Produce machine videos, customer stories, promo videos, teaser videos, event content, and social media clips

  • Manage post-production, file organization, versioning, and final exports for multiple channels

  • Repurpose long-form footage into short-form assets for broader campaign use

  • Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize projects, align messaging, and keep production moving

  • Maintain consistency in brand presentation, video quality, and delivery standards

  • Support light pre-production planning, creative direction, and production logistics as needed

Qualifications & Competencies:
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant video production and editing experience

  • Proven ability to plan, direct, capture, and edit video content independently

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe video tools , including Adobe Premiere Pro , and related Adobe Creative Cloud applications

  • Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, sequencing, audio cleanup, captions, and graphic overlays

  • Ability to take raw footage and turn it into polished, professional final assets with minimal oversight

  • Strong organization, project management, and file management discipline

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams

  • Salary range of $60-70K

  • Inclusion of a comprehensive portfolio of video projects is required prior to phone screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Experience in B2B manufacturing, industrial marketing, or technical product marketing

  • Experience creating content for YouTube, LinkedIn, paid ads, and sales enablement

  • Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
