Truck Driver

Kent, OH

Scott Paving LLC is currently searching for a full-time Truck Driver to join their team in Kent, Ohio!

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Available weekends

Qualifications:

• Previous dump truck operating experience
• Drivers License and safe driving record
• Current CDL required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to work under limited supervision
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle multiple times a day
• Ability to maneuver vehicle in and out of tight spaces and over rough terrain
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Our Truck Drivers will:

• Loading and unloading at job sites – equipment, materials using the hydraulic lift system
• Route navigation – delivering materials and equipment to the correct locations
• Daily vehicle inspections – making sure everything such as fluid levels, lights, tires, mechanical issues are all good before leaving yard.
• Safety compliance – adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Documentation – filling out necessary paperwork daily
