Empire Landscape is hiring a Temporary CDL Driver to support our team during a temporary staffing need. This role involves transporting equipment and materials to job sites and assisting crews as needed. We’re looking for a dependable driver who can step in quickly and work safely as part of our team.
Safely operate dump trucks, flatbeds, and trailers (Class A or B).
Transport landscaping and tree care equipment to job sites.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Load and secure equipment and materials for transport.
Assist crews with job site setup and cleanup when needed.
Maintain driver logs and follow all DOT and company safety policies.
Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a good driving record.
Experience towing trailers and hauling equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable and able to work 5 days per week (occasional weekends if needed).
Tanker Endorsement
Hydroseeding equipment experience
Landscaping, tree care, or construction industry experience
Mechanical knowledge of trucks or equipment
Spanish language skills a plus
