KCI is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in DMV and has a large present across the East Coast including FL. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers (TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle). These helpers will receive great exposure to not only the telecommunications industry, but cutting edge 5G technology. The Helpers will be responsible for supporting the outside plant construction crews in their day-to-day activities including Wanrack. Some of these include open trenching, fiber runs, underground support, PVC pipe laying, cable/conduit runs, equipment handling, inventory, directional drilling, digging, etc. Overall, needs to be the leads "Right Hand" and help the project become completed on-time. This project is located in lake city, FL (2 hours away from the Tampa office). Candidates will need to be local to the lack city area and can be expected to meet the team onsite each day. Travel is within lake city, can go up to 40 miles. This is a contractual position needing two OSP helpers. The project has already started so need candidates ASAP and the work needs to be completed by June 30th, 2026. Very soft potential to extend/convert due to location. Open to "Green" candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
