We’re hiring a Night Security Guard to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn, Montgomery. Shift: Overnight | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM If you’re passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you. What You’ll Do We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Night Security Guard to provide a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and property assets during overnight hours. This role is primarily stationed indoors but includes routine monitoring and patrol of the hotel’s exterior areas, including the parking lot. The ideal candidate is alert, calm under pressure, and committed to guest service and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the hotel during overnight hours
• Monitor hotel activity to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and visitors
• Conduct scheduled patrols of interior public spaces, hallways, entrances, and common areas
• Perform regular exterior patrols of the parking lot and perimeter to deter suspicious activity
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and access points
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, disturbances, or emergencies
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities in daily security logs
• Assist hotel staff with safety-related issues as needed
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures in a respectful and customer-focused manner
• Contact local law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate

Work Environment * This position requires working overnight hours in a hotel setting. While primarily indoors, the guard will routinely patrol the parking lot and exterior areas to ensure guest and property safety. What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior security, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to remain alert and attentive throughout overnight shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to patrol outdoor areas in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if necessary
