Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Agile Coach to help cross-functional teams improve the flow of value from idea generation through delivery. This role will coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Professional Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will remove impediments, promote transparency, facilitate Agile events, and help teams become self-organizing, high-performing delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Coach teams in Agile methodologies, Professional Scrum practices, and other frameworks that improve agility, delivery outcomes, and value creation.
• Optimize the flow of work from idea generation through release by identifying and reducing rework, waste, bottlenecks, and delivery impediments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team events, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, as needed.
• Promote transparency through information radiators, progress reporting, and clear visibility into barriers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach Product Owners and Product Managers on empirical product planning, backlog management, prioritization, and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog.
• Help teams adopt new ways of working, develop self-organization, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement.
• Serve as an internal Agile trainer and contribute to the learning and development of one or more teams.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive Agile adoption, resolve conflicts, and support continuous delivery practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience coaching Agile methodologies, practices, and tools to delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Active Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM, SSM, or another recognized Scrum certification.
• Experience working within or supporting a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, team empowerment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive, productive team environment.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Experience driving Agile methodology, process, and tool adoption across a cross-functional organization.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Interview Process:

• Two interview rounds: the first interview will be virtual, followed by an onsite interview.

Pay Range: $55 - $60/Hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
