Shipping & Receiving Assistant – Day Shift
Location: Golden Valley, MN
A well-established manufacturing company in the Minneapolis suburbs is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Assistant to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role processes outgoing shipments, receives inventory, and helps keep orders moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training is available for dependable candidates who are eager to learn.
Pay: $20–$24 per hour

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime possible during peak seasons
Responsibilities:
Process shipments using common shipping software and carrier systems
Print packing slips and update order status in internal systems
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
Pull orders and prepare them for shipment
Coordinate carrier pickups and provide shipping quotes internally
Requirements:
Strong computer and communication skills
Ability to learn new systems and software (SAP)
Able to lift up to 40 lbs when needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and dependable
1 year forklift experience (reach and sitdown)
