Requirements

• Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external sales & marketing processes.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective sales & marketing strategies, processes and materials.
• Understand customer needs and effectively deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
• Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with customers and partners.
• Foster a hands-on, success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in sales & marketing development and strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Must be ambitious, creative and flexible.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Prior exposure with contracts and agreements of all kinds.
• At least seven years successful sales and marketing experience selling unique or large complex structures.
