111 Sign is a dynamic, full-colour printing company dedicated to delivering premier products and end-to-end services, from design to production. Serving over 3000 businesses across the United States, we specialise in personalised, all-in-one solutions and have expanded our services to include professional exhibition setups and event planning. We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organised Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time , remote position offering the flexibility to support our growing operations from your own workspace. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 - $30 USD .

Responsibilities

As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your key duties will include:

 
  • Managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence for senior staff.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent customer service via email and other communication channels.
  • Assisting with the management of our online retail stores on platforms such as Amazon and Etsy, including processing orders and responding to customer feedback.
  • Providing administrative support for our event planning and exhibition setup services.
  • Performing data entry, maintaining company records, and preparing reports as required.
  • Liaising with our strategic partners and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Conducting research and undertaking various administrative tasks to support the wider business objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and a proactive attitude. Key qualifications include:

 
  • Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • A strong, detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
  • Experience within the printing, e-commerce, or event management industries would be a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with online retail platforms is desirable but not essential.
