Salary: $20 - $39 USD per hour Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, your primary duties will include:

* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.

Qualifications * Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support, client services, or a similar position.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software and digital platforms.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
