Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat across multiple languages, including bilingual support where applicable
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding them through solutions with clear communication skills
• Process data entry tasks efficiently, updating customer records accurately within our CRM systems
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries or promote relevant services with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Support client services by resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
• Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven call center experience or background in customer support roles with a focus on client services
• Multilingual abilities; fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered a strong asset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient data entry and navigation of digital platforms
• Experience in sales or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, analysis skills for problem-solving, and cash handling experience are advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels
