As a carpenter at Lamont, your job is to work on a remodel team, provide highly-skilled labor, and complete high-end remodel projects. You'll be assigned with the Lead Carpenter, to just one jobsite at a time, so you can focus on doing your best work for each client. We self perform nearly all the trades in our remodels, so expect to be involved from demo to painting and learn/produce everything in between!

We work in our client's homes every day--and most of them live through the remodeling process. The best fit is someone who is client-focused, empathetic, and cares deeply about the people they work with and for.
If you prefer a commercial jobsite where tobacco use, lewd humor, and strong language are common, this might not be the best fit for you. Our carpenters are ambassadors for Lamont's brand whenever they're on the jobsite or interacting with clients.

With a variety of remodel projects ranging from kitchens to bathrooms to full-home renovations, you can expect to be constantly learning new skills and facing unique challenges. Under direction from our remodel superintendents, you'll be provided with the training and equipment to produce top-quality work.
Excellent attention to detail, a willingness to develop new skills, and a strong understanding of finish carpentry skills will prepare you for success in this role.
