As a Quick Lane Technician, you will be responsible for performing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance and light repair services to ensure our customers get back on the road quickly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues to accurately identify service needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet service time targets without compromising quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service status and recommendations.
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a related role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and light repair procedures.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment proficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Technicians in test-driving vehicles and testing components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
Requirements:
- Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
- Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
