We are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer who will play a key role in strengthening our digital quality infrastructure by building, maintaining, and improving Master Data within the LabVantage LIMS system. Your work will directly support Quality Control operations, product integrity, and the digital backbone that enables cGMP compliant manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will collaborate closely across Quality, Product Engineering, Quality Control Laboratories, DevOps, and Custom Accounts teams to ensure our LIMS system reliably supports testing, decision-making, and customer success.

You Will

  • Create, configure, and maintain Master Data in LabVantage LIMS to support laboratory workflows, test execution, and customer-specific method requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by transferring validated Master Data from test environments into production.
  • Review and resolve LIMS–Oracle Interface errors, determining whether issues originate from Master Data gaps and coordinating updates as needed.
  • Investigate system performance and functionality issues, escalating when necessary, and recommending corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate on process improvements to drive right first-time performance, enhance digital quality workflows, and support continuous improvement through DBS principles.

Who You Are

You are driven by data accuracy, digital quality excellence, and enabling reliable scientific operations. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy learning new systems and processes.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science related field, OR 5+ years of hands-on experience performing LIMS Master Data maintenance in a regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting GMP-regulated laboratory operations through software systems, LIMS, or data-driven tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively in a matrixed and customer focused environment.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Experience with laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS, or similar) strongly preferred.

Join our winning team today. Together, we’ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology. We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
