Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to fill an opening with a high end residential general contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 8-10 years with at least 6 years of that experience must be on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

• Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from preconstruction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
• Report directly to senior management
• Oversee budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Subcontractor contract management
• Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.

Requirements of the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

• At least 6 years of project management experience on high-end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
• Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

Compensation for the Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

• The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 depending on experience.
