We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Colorado market. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving project performance from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
• Support field teams and ensure clear communication between office and site

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and documentation
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing diverse scopes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Background in institutional, commercial, community, or government-sector projects is a plus
