Industrial Press Operator - Second Shift Qualifications:
Ability to read technical drawings, job travelers, and tape measures with accuracy. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machines, tools, and computer-based production records. Physical capability to lift 50–100 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform repetitive, hands on tasks. Strong attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision. No formal education requirement listed; basic math and manual dexterity are essential.
