**Job Title: Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide**
**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including helping them in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
- Administer basic healthcare and monitor vital signs as needed under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation to foster a supportive and positive environment.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation, to support a safe and clean living area.
- Assist with healthcare-related tasks, such as medication management and appointment reminders.
- Follow clients' care plans and report any noticeable changes in their condition to healthcare providers.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
- Experience in providing care to individuals in a home setting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
