As a Nurse Practitioner in our primary care clinics, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered services that support health, wellness, and continuity of care. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to meet patients where they are and help them move toward their health goals.
Full time family nurse practitioner position available for medical telehealth consultation. Unique position allows for the ability to work from home half of the week and half of the week spent in clinic providing consultation via telehealth only.
