Compensation
- Base pay plus monthly performance bonus
- $125,000 - $250,000+ annual earning potential
- Uncapped income opportunity based on performance

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with financing options and vehicle protection products that enhance their ownership experience
- Structure retail, lease, and special finance transactions for maximum profitability and lender approval
- Submit deals to lenders and secure financing approvals efficiently
- Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, tire and wheel protection, and other ownership products
- Ensure every deal complies with dealership policies and all federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare, review, and complete finance contracts and supporting documentation accurately
- Deliver paperwork and financing solutions professionally while creating a transparent customer experience
- Monitor CIT, funding, and contract completion to ensure timely funding of all deals
- Audit completed deals and identify opportunities to improve profitability and process efficiency
- Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on lender programs and compliance requirements
- Complete all required certifications and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience required
- Proven track record of success in automotive finance and insurance
- Strong understanding of dealership finance, compliance, and lending processes
- Experience structuring deals for maximum profitability and approval rates
- Knowledge of title laws, registration procedures, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RouteOne and/or Dealertrack
- Experience with prime, subprime, and lease financing
- Strong lender network and relationship-building skills
- Menu selling experience
