Entry-Level Administrative Assistant - Finance Sector

Preferred candidates will be extremely detail-oriented and professional. This job requires extreme organization, attention to detail, critical thinking and proactive problem solving.

Daily Tasks Include:
* Account maintenance for clients, including paperwork and follow-up concerning account applications, transfer forms, beneficiary change forms, etc.
* Managing executive calendar, correspondence, phone calls and meetings; scheduling firm-wide appointments
* Office communication over the phone, email, and in person
* Written communication to clients
* Assigning tasks to interns and following up on the status of completion
* Some marketing, including website design, social media strategies, and print materials
* Maintaining office systems (filing, supply ordering, message taking, mailings, etc.)
* Troubleshooting correspondence with back-office vendors on behalf of clients

This is an in-person role with required office hours Monday-Thursday, 9AM-5PM and Fridays 9AM-2PM.
