The salary range for this position is $44.63 - $55.79 (Hourly Rate)

The Division Administrator reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Division Administrator is, in partnership with the Division Chief, responsible for managing the administration of the division including, but not limited to financial affairs, human resources, research, and education. This position is responsible for preparing/overseeing the preparation of budgets, performing financial analyses, assisting in the development analytic models, coordinating a wide variety of administrative matters, and collaborating in the development of business and marketing plans. This position is also responsible for partnering with Dyad Directors and Practice Managers to support the operations of the clinical practice and for ensuring that all organizational policies and procedures are appropriately implemented.
