Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a talented team of couriers.

• Train and manage drivers to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, preferably with a logistics provider
• Background in delivery driving and customer service.

• Quick decision-making abilities and good geographic knowledge of Northern California.
• Proficient in typing and computer literacy.
