Delivery Driver

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $26 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Delivery Driver:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
• Assist with loading and unloading of items/products from vehicles per customer specifications
• Notate invoice discrepancies and notify RMA department upon return to the warehouse
• Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer
• Accept payments for delivered items
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatchers, drivers or other team members when necessary
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Minimum six months of delivery experience in a customer-facing environment
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card
