Following the planned retirement of a 15-year incumbent, our client is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead their accounting department. This is a high-impact role where you will serve as the primary leader for all financial functions, overseeing a stable, tenured team of three professionals while reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Manage cash flow, fixed assets, tax reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and internal controls
- Assist external auditors with annual audit
- Supervise a small established accounting team
