7–10 years of experience at a top-tier law firm focusing on real estate finance, commercial lending, and/or joint ventures.
Demonstrated experience in public commercial lending transactions, including debt funding, asset-based lending, structured finance, and mezzanine financing.
Demonstrated ability to handle substantial portions of real estate transactions independently.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills.
Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on both lender-side and borrower-side real estate financings.
