Bilingual Lead Supervisor - 2nd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm )

• 2nd shift supervisor will oversee all activities in relation to the manufacturing and assembly process of the products built in the Henderson warehouse.
• Monitor the department's efficiency and improve operating processes as necessary, including training, product quality, safety, and inventory control while following all company policies and procedures. 
• Will work directly with the Production Team, Logistics & Inventory Control Specialists, and other team members in manufacturing. This person will report to the Production Supervisor.
• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Lead, guide and coach employees? monitoring their productivity
• Spend 85% of time assisting the production lines to help meet daily expectations 
• Oversee the safe use of equipment
• Repair equipment as needed
• Keep equipment in good working condition
• Report any equipment issues to the Production Supervisor or maintenance team

Bilingual Lead Supervisor - 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing experience a must
• Lean manufacturing process a plus
• Basic Mechanical knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
