Our Marketing Assistants are responsible for creating impactful marketing strategies for clients in the telecommunications industry. They play an essential role in executing campaigns that drive both team performance and organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote AT&T products and services to existing and potential clients to increase brand awareness and elevate the client's profile.
• Assist the marketing team in achieving strategic and operational goals.
• Execute innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to engage new and existing clients.
• Lead the creation and delivery of new product sales, collaborating with the marketing department to ensure campaigns are successful and meet client expectations.
• Analyze competitor activities and consumer trends, maintaining a cutting-edge approach to marketing.
• Build consumer and brand connections that foster customer loyalty and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams on new campaigns, helping to educate consumers on AT&T's services and products.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, client relations, sales, advertising, or management.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong understanding of core marketing principles and customer insight development.
• Expertise in prospecting, presentation, and networking.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multiple tasks are required.
