Provide high-quality, courteous service to customers.
Maintain excellent customer care and communication throughout the repair process.
Promote the benefits of the company's services to customers.
At least 1 year of professional experience in appliance repair.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to grow and develop professionally.
Ability to work with the company's customer service platform (CRM).
Own tools and truck.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Unlimited earning potential! Technicians can earn between $6K - $30K per month.
Average ticket of $522.
Full-time or part-time opportunities.
24/7 support from Marketing and Customer Support teams.
Flexibility with schedules, plus assistance with personal or accounting challenges from Department Managers and HR.
